1. What is khán n  favorite sport? _ My favorite sport is definitely soccer. I love the feeling of being out there on the field and just runing with the wind.
(Soccer! It's one of the most highly athletic, demanding and competitive sports! My favorite sport is basketball (bóng rổ). I like watching it. I'm not really good at any sport, because I'm not athletic (vận động viên thể thao).
Volleyball (bóng chuyền)! I like serving in V-ball. It is all I can do well. When I was in high school, I was not popular, but I was always called on to serve (phục vụ, đáp ứng) in V-ball. It was the only time I was popular!)

2. Why you like it so much? _ In soccer the rules are not to complicated (v- phức tạp, rắc rối), but it's very competitive and takes a lot of skill and talent to play well, I always have fun when I'm playing or watching it on TV.
(These sports make you move a lot, thus (adv- theo cách đó, như thế) giving you more adrenalin and exercise!
It's just awesome, the thrill, the result and then there are the drunks which can be so cool!
Because those are really the only sports I excel at (v- xuất sắc về S.T). In track I am the best girl long-distance runner and in softball I am one of the better pitchers (cầu thủ ném bóng chày). They are also very fun and get you on shape! I grew up in Huntington Beach California, so it was as natural to me as breathing.)

3. What is the most popular sport in your country? _ I think it's basketball. Football also has always been the most popular sport in China. Badminton (cầu lông) and ping pong are close behind.

4. Do you like to exercise daily? _ No, I don't. I'm awfully lazy (adj). I know that I need to change this habit (n- thói quen) or I'm afraid it is going to come back and bite me in the butt.

(No. I like to walk but that's it. I do enjoy exercising but finding (sự phát hiện) the time is the hard thing.
Walking is very good and cheap. Sit-ups and push-ups are great too. I do them when I wake up and before I go to sleep. The push-ups and 25 crunches. It't not a lot, but it's better than nothing.)

5. How much time do you spend exercising? _ Probably five or six hours a week. I know that I will not make the Olympics at that rate, but then again sports is not my field.

6. What are the advantages of regular exercise? _ There's the obvious (rõ ràng) advantage that if you regularly exercise you will stay stronger, more fit, and healthier, but you also get better sleep and it helps calm (v- làm dịu đi) your busy mind.

7. Where do people in China usually exercise? _ Young people go to the gym or go to a playground and play basketball. Older people will just go outside their apartments and do Tai Chi.

8. What forms of exercise are most popular in China? _ Badminton or ping pong are very popular here in China. Basketball and football are also very popular.

9. Do you think primary school children should have sports classes at school? _ I certainly think so, because primary school children have a lot of energy (n- năng lượng) and if they must remain (v- giữ nguyên, duy trì) cooped up at a desk all day, they will not be able to concentrate (v- tập trung) because they will want to go our and play.
